Ramey Toyota knows it may be years since the last time that you changed a flat tire. We have a quick set of steps that will allow you to change your tire and get back on the road in no time at all.

  • The lug nuts that need to be removed in order to remove your tires, are located beneath the wheel cover. You'll need to remove the cover in order to gain access.
  • You want to loosen the lug nuts on the flat, but don't remove them completely just yet.
  • Raise the vehicle up on the jack, and then you can completely remove the lug nuts.
  • Carefully remove the flat tire, and replace the flat with a brand new tire or your temporary spare.
  • The lug nuts can go back on, but keep them loose. You can tighten them completely once you've lowered the vehicle down off the jack.
